THE UNSOLVED MURDER OF LINDSAY BUZIAK

In February 2008, 24-year-old real estate agent Lindsay Buziak walked into a luxury home showing in Victoria, British Columbia… and never walked out.
What was supposed to be a routine meeting with prospective buyers turned into one of Canada’s most chilling unsolved murders. The couple who requested the showing used fake names, burner phones, and a carefully crafted story to lure Lindsay to the vacant property. Within minutes, she was brutally stabbed. The suspects vanished without a trace.
In this episode, we examine the timeline of that day, the suspicious phone calls leading up to the meeting, the questions surrounding possible motives, and the theories that continue to surround this case. Was it a targeted attack? A calculated execution? Or something far more complex?
More than a decade later, the murder of Lindsay Buziak still haunts her family and the community, as unanswered questions linger and the search for justice continues.
Anyone with information on the case is asked to contact the Saanich Police Department's information line at (250) 475-4356 or toll free at 1-888-980-1919, no matter how small or insignificant you think the tip may be.
